Baku, October 20, AZERTAC
At least 15 people were killed and 110 wounded in Saturday attacks on the day of parliamentary elections in Afghanistan, the Pajhwok Afghan News wrote on its Twitter account, TASS reported.
The state-run agency did not specify what attacks are in question.
Earlier reports said that several blasts close to polling stations in the country’s capital killed three people.
Polling stations opened in 32 provinces of Afghanistan on Saturday as citizens elect deputies of the House of the People (lower house of parliament).
