German professor: Nagorno-Karabakh is a historical Azerbaijani land and was occupied by Armenians
Berlin, April 12, AZERTAC
“Nagorno-Karabakh is a historical Azerbaijani land and was occupied by Armenians,” said German Professor of Political Sciences at the Siegen University Rudiger Kipke.
The German professor said the Nagorno-Karabakh is an integral part of Azerbaijan’s territory according to the norms of international law.
Mr. Kipke said Nagorno-Karabakh was the part of the Karabakh Khanate, but Armenians occupied 20 percent of the Azerbaijani territory after the collapse of the USSR.
The Professor noted that Azerbaijanis were driven out from these territories as a result of the occupation.
