Allahshukur Pashazade meets deputy chairman of Georgian parliament
Baku, January 19 (AZERTAC). Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office, Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade has today met deputy chairman of the Georgian parliament, chief of Georgia-Azerbaijan interparliamentary friendship group, Fridon Todua and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral and religious relations.
The Sheikhulislam hailed bilateral relations between the two friendly and neighboring countries.
Allahshukur Pashazade said the Azerbaijani President attaches great importance to development of mutual cooperation between the two countries in all fields.
Fridon Todua expressed pleasure with his visit to Azerbaijan.
The deputy chairman of the Georgian parliament underlined Azerbaijan has developed very much last years.
He added cooperation of the Caucasian religious leaders would continue to contribute to the interreligious dialogue.
During the event, Azerbaijani MP Ganira Pashayeva spoke about friendly relations between the two countries` religious leaders and the Azerbaijan-Georgia strategic partnership.
