Colombian side Atletico Nacional claimed their second Copa Libertadores title as they edged out Ecuador's Independiente del Valle on aggregate, according to Mirror.
The game's only goal, coming from Miguel Angel Borja in the early stages, proved to be the difference as Atletico battled to the 2-1 aggregate victory.
Macnelly Torres' chipped effort bounced back off the post and Borja was perfectly placed to smash the rebound into the net.
A packed house in Colombia's second city of Medellin was on hand to watch their side earn their place in the Club World Cup later this year.
It is their first win in the Copa Libertadores - South America's version of the Champions League - since their maiden victory in 1989.
