AzMetco becomes partner of Caspian Energy Forum Baku 2017

AzMetco OJSC has become a partner of the 4th International Caspian Energy Forum-2017 (www.caspianenergyforum.com) which will take place in Baku on April 12.
“By becoming a partner of Caspian Energy Forum-2017, AzMetco OJSC once again confirmed the significance of the comprehensive cooperation which has been so far established with the Club,” First Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Caspian European Club (Caspian Business Club) and Caspian American Club Telman Aliyev said.
As the Chairman of the Board of Directors of AzMetco OJSC Shukur Agazade said: “We are pleased to become a partner of Caspian Energy Forum-2017 which is of big importance both for Azerbaijan and the entire Caspian region in general.” According to him, conduction of such forums is important for all companies, operating in Azerbaijan, in order to establish business contacts and maintain old relations.
“Apart from this, the Forum can promote the improvement of the investment potential of our country since there will be delegates from 50 countries of the world participating in the Forum,” Shukur Agazade said. He added that now when the country is actively developing the non-oil sector of economy, it will be interesting to local and foreign companies to listen to heads of government agencies representing different economic sectors, given the implementation of scaled projects such as Southern Gas Corridor, Great Silk Way, Road map on development of the national economy. “Caspian Energy Forum-2017 will be such a significant ground for discussion and solution of all topical issues and problems of the agenda,” the head of AzMetco OJSC concluded.
AzMetco OJSC is a specialized venture which since 1981 has been fulfilling service operations on setting, repair, assemblage and calibration of measurement and remotely operated systems, devices and equipment applied in the oil-gas industry. AzMetco’s operation space covers South Caucasus (Azerbaijan, Georgia) and Turkey. It fulfills service operations at oil terminals of SOCAR and export pipelines of the consortium in Sangachal, Supsa and Ceyhan.
European Commissioners, heads of government agencies, ministries, committees and departments of Azerbaijan, Caspian-Black Sea and Baltic region states, representatives of diplomatic and international missions accredited in the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as heads of large international companies will attend Caspian Energy Forum – 2017. In General, 500 delegates from 50 countries of the world will take part in the forum.
The forum will consist of the three sessions. The first session will be dedicated to preliminary results of the ongoing economic reforms. The second session will cover the issues concerning the development of the oil-gas and energy sectors of the Caspian region states. The third session will be dedicated to projects, which are implemented in the non-oil sector (finance, transport, ICT, agroindustry and tourism), and their promotion towards the world markets.
