Azerbaijan, Georgia discuss bilateral relations

Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade has today met with Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikheil Janelidze to discuss the bilateral relations between the two countries.
They hailed Azerbaijani-Georgian cooperation as well as socio-political, economic and cultural ties between the two countries.
The two also stressed the importance of continuing the work of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation in a more active manner, and pointed to the cooperation in energy and transport sectors.
They also underlined the significance of finding a soonest possible solution to the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in line with international law and on the basis of principles of inviolability of borders and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
Janelidze said Georgian people would never forget Azerbaijan’s “friendly assistance and support”.
