Azerbaijan, Georgia discuss cooperation in religious, cultural and humanitarian fields

Chairman of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations of Azerbaijan Mubariz Gurbanli has met Georgian Ambassador to the country Teymuraz Sharashenidze.

The chairman highlighted good neighbor relations between the two countries. Hailing cooperation in the religious field, Mr. Gurbanli spoke about the ways of expanding these ties. The chairman also highlighted the governor`s attention to all representatives of various religious confessions living in Azerbaijan.

Teymuraz Sharashenidze praised relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia in religious, cultural and humanitarian fields, adding he would spare no efforts to contribute to deepening and strengthening religious ties.
