Azerbaijan, Georgia discuss development of relations

Prime ministers Artur Rasizade of Azerbaijan and Giorgi Kvirikashvili of Georgia have discussed prospects for the development of relations between their countries as they met in Baku.
Rasizade hailed Azerbaijani-Georgian ties in political, economic and humanitarian areas. “The visit of the Prime Minister of Georgia and the negotiations held during the visit will contribute to the development of relations between our countries.”
He highlighted “grave” consequences of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict for the entire region.
Kvirikashvili noted that Azerbaijan was a fraternal country and strategic partner for Georgia. The Georgian prime minister hailed the expansion of relations between the two countries.
