Azerbaijan denies Armenian media reports about drone

Baku, December 14, AZERTAC

Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry has dismissed recent Armenian media reports that Armenian military allegedly destroyed a drone belonging to the Azerbaijani Army and called them fictitious.

“We could make no comment on this information, as it is only nonsense. However, we shouldn’t forget that one day Armenians can also tell stories about downing Azerbaijani “flying tank”, the Ministry said.

"In fact, an Armenian film director, who tended to science fiction and received order to shoot a film in order to create "enthusiasm" in the Armenian society, spoke about a film that he will shoot, and the journalists disseminated it as military reports and worthless sensation," said the Ministry.

All drones that are included in Azerbaijan's armament maintain control over the enemy actions, the Ministry added, noting that Azerbaijani drones, taking into consideration the combat missions, operate in accordance with the plan of implementation of security measures in the predetermined directions.
