Azerbaijani PM, Latvian President discuss prospects for cooperation

Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade has today met with President of the Republic of Latvia Raimonds Vejonis, who is attending the 5th Global Baku Forum.

They discussed prospects for Azerbaijan-Latvia cooperation in political, economic and other areas.

PM Artur Rasizade hailed political ties between the two countries. The Premier noted that cooperation between Azerbaijan and Latvia is developing successfully. The Prime Minister said there are good opportunities for expanding the bilateral bonds.

Highlighting the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, PM Artur Rasizade stressed that the dispute must be resolved in accordance with the norms of international law and on the basis of Azerbaijan`s territorial integrity and inviolability of borders.
