Azerbaijani Para-taekwondo fighters claim 4 golds at IWAS World Games

Azerbaijani Para-taekwondo fighters have won four golds and a bronze medal at the World Games in Sochi, Russia.

Nijat Muslumov (75kg), Namig Abbasov (61kg), Rovshan Gahramanli (61kg) and Aynur Mammadova (58kg) snatched gold medals, while Alexander Polishuk (75kg) scooped bronze.

The IWAS World Games is a major event for athletes with physical impairments after the Paralympic Games.

Six sports are on the program: Armwrestling, Athletics, Para-Taekwondo, Table Tennis, Swimming, and Archery.
