An exhibition of Azerbaijani artist Nigar Narimanbayova has opened at International Art Gallery in Paris.
The opening of the exhibition was attended by French public figures, acclaimed artists, staff members of the Azerbaijani Embassy, and diaspora representatives.
The exhibition, which will last until Thursday, displays works of Narimanbayova, including "Theatre and Ballet", "Childhood dreams", "Arlekin and ballerina".
The project is jointly organized by Trade Representative of Russia in France Alexander Turov, Russian Science and Culture Center in Paris and "Stella Art International” Association headed by Stella Kalinina.
Narimanbayova, who lives and works in Paris and Baku, graduated from the Azim Azimzade Azerbaijan State Art School and the Gerasimov All-Union State Institute of Cinematography in Moscow.
She has participated in a number of national and international art exhibitions in France, Germany, Austria, and Azerbaijan.
The artist is a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan and the International Association of Art. Her paintings have been put on display at the exhibition halls of the Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Ministry, Azerbaijan National Museum of Art, as well as in private collections.
The works of Nigar Narimanbayova have a symbolic meaning. The color choice of the artist shows her extensive experience in art.
