Azerbaijan`s International Development Agency to improve healthcare services in Djibouti
Baku, April 14, AZERTAC
Director of the International Development Agency (AIDA) of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Ashraf Shikhaliyev has met with Minister of Health of Djibouti Djama Elmi Okieh to discuss how to improve healthcare services for the people of Djibouti.
Shikhaliyev highlighted AIDA's "Fight Avoidable Blindness" campaign carried out in African countries in collaboration with the Islamic Development Bank.
The two underlined the importance of this campaign to Djibouti, and discussed how Azerbaijan could increase its contributions in this area.
