Azerbaijan`s Prime Minister Artur Rasizade has met Turkish Foreign Affairs Minister Mevlut Chavushoglu.
The Premier stressed the importance of sincere relationship between the heads of states of both countries in strengthening the ties, saying bilateral cooperation would continue in overall fields, in particular economic, cultural, tourism, trade areas.
Mr. Rasizade highlighted global energy and transport projects, military-political cooperation, expressed sure over the fact that the Turkish delegation`s visit would be beneficial in terms of prospects of cooperation.
Mevlut Chavushoglu, in turn, applauded bilateral Turkish-Azerbaijani ties, recalling firmness of friendly and fraternal bonds of both countries.
They stressed the importance of solving the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the norms of international law, principles of borders` inviolability and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
The sides exchanged views on maintaining the stability in the region, as well as further cementing international ties.
