Baku Higher Oil School, Bulgarian University of Ruse Angel Kanchev sign agreement

Baku Higher Oil School has inked an agreement on cooperation with the Bulgarian University of Ruse Angel Kanchev. Under the agreement, the Bulgarian university will assist Baku Higher Oil School in educating specialists in process automation engineering in bachelor`s degree. The two universities will also conduct joint researches.

Speaking to the signing ceremony, rector of Baku Higher Oil School Elmar Gasimov hailed Azerbaijani-Bulgarian relations. He spoke of the university`s international cooperation.

Bulgarian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Maya Hristova applauded the signing of the agreement. “This collaboration will contribute to the development of Bulgarian-Azerbaijani cooperation in the field of education.”

Rector of the University of Ruse Angel Kanchev Hristo Beloev provided information about the higher educational institution. “Our university enrols 10,000 students and doctoral candidates. It has two branches, eight faculties and numerous centers.”
