Baku Slavic University, European New University sign memorandum of cooperation
Baku, June 18 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Baku Slavic University and the Dutch European New University (E.N.U.) have today signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The document was signed by rector of Baku Slavic University Kamal Abdullayev and President of the Dutch European New University (E.N.U.) H. J. Didier.
The document envisages holding the researches, seminars, scientific and practical conferences, as well as joint preparation of educational programs.
Prior to the signing ceremony, rector of Baku Slavic University, Professor Kamal Abdullayev highlighted the history of the University, as well as its bilateral relations with the leading higher institutions of the world.
Professor H. J. Didier stressed the importance of expanding relations between the two universities.
He also viewed a museum and a library of the University.
The E.N.U. is an interdisciplinary intercultural institution with the objective to prepare adults for the challenges of an ever changing world, whereby its philosophy is guided by the concepts of universalism, pluralism, uniqueness of the individual, and the individualization of learning through a methodological scientific focus on theory and transfer of practice.
