According to Chinese scientists, listening to smooth music before going to sleep can instantly put you in a good mood. The scientists have divided volunteers into two groups. The first group of volunteers was offered pleasant bed-time music. The second group slept without music. The survey found that sleeping under the quiet music evokes a sense of kindness and tolerance in people. The effect is maintained for one week. It is difficult to answer why it works during this period so far, but scientists are working in this direction.
