Ruslan Muhudinov, accused in the murder of opposition politician Boris Nemtsov, declared internationally wanted.
Judge Natalya Dudar referring to the materials of the case indicated that the accused Muhudinov located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) which uses false documents.
According to investigators he left Russia on someone else's passport.
Muhudinov charged with murder and arms trafficking. It is on the federal and international wanted list. After approval of the court for the arrest of the investigation will be able to officially launch the procedure for its investigation through Interpol.
The period of investigation into the murder of Nemtsov extended until 28 February 2016.
