Dear Mr. President,

I extend my warmest congratulations to you and the people of Azerbaijan as you celebrate the 98th anniversary of the Republic Day. I wish your country continued success, prosperity and peace.

I would like to take the opportunity to express my strong hope that positive dialogue between Lithuania and Azerbaijan as well as cooperation at the bilateral level and within the context of relations with the European Union will continue as an important and mutually beneficial guarantee of the general well-being and security of our citizens.
