Dear Mr. President,
It is my real privilege to congratulate you on your birthday. It gives me another chance to underline brotherly links between our people and nations, with your special role to make it even better and closer. As you mentioned many times Azerbaijani and Kyrgyz people are connected with special ties thanks to common history, language, religion and culture. Currently more than 20 thousand Azerbaijanis, who preserve their traditions, customs and language live in my country, and feel here at home.
We here value very much your own as well under your leadership activities of the Nizamu Ganjavi International Center to create a global stage for all of us.
