Your Excellency,
On behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Liberia, and in my own name, I wish to extend to you, and through Your Excellency, to the Government and people of the Republic of Azerbaijan, warmest congratulations on the occasion of the 25th independence anniversary of your great country. As the people of Azerbaijan celebrate this auspicious occasion, it is our fervent prayer that these festivities will cultivate new heights in promoting international peace and security, consistent with the principles of the United Nations.
It is our hope that the bond of cordial bilateral relations so happily subsisting between Liberia and Azerbaijan will further strengthen cooperation between our two countries and peoples.
