You have built a reputation for being a strong statesman and leader of your nation guiding Azerbaijan along the path of sustainable economic growth.

I would especially like to underline your important role in creating the image of Azerbaijan as an active member of the international community. Your pragmatic policy and efforts to find solutions to the most outstanding challenges of our time have lined you among the brightest figures on the international stage.

I keep fond memories of the many meetings and talks with you. I am happy that during my time as President of the Republic of Bulgaria together we laid the firm foundations of strategic partnership.

One of the bright example of your longstanding vision is Nizami Ganjavi International Center a platform of dialogue and understanding.

I wish you good health, strength and energy in the realization of the goals you have set for yourself in your responsible mission as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
