It is my pleasure to convey my heartfelt greetings and most sincere congratulations on the occasion of Your Birthday on December 24.
On this very notable day, I would like to emphasize that under Your leadership, the Republic of Azerbaijan has been developing successfully in political, economic and cultural terms. Georgia pays high importance to the friendly relations with Your country as to our strategic partner. I would like to thank You once again for Your steadfast support of Georgia`s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
