Dear President, dear brother.

On behalf of my people and on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate Your Excellency and, in the person of my dear brother, the whole people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the national holiday of the brotherly Azerbaijan – Republic Day.

With great satisfaction and pride we follow Azerbaijan`s outstanding development and accomplishments made in a short period of time since restoring its independence.

We have elevated – based on “One nation, two states” principle – our unique relations, which derive power from our countries` shared values, to the highest level.

The deepening of our cooperation both in bilateral and international platforms makes our countries stronger in all areas. I am confident that based on this common goal and through joint efforts we will elevate our bilateral relations to a higher level to the advantage of our fraternal people.

It is a fact that as a unique feature of our relations frequent reciprocal visits and meetings will contribute to the overall development and deepening of ties between our fraternal countries. From this point of view I will be pleased to visit your beautiful country again during the first European Games to be held in Baku. I take this opportunity to send my best wishes for robust health and happiness of Your Excellency, my dear brother, and peace and prosperity of the friendly and fraternal people of Azerbaijan.
