It gives me pleasure, on the anniversary of Your country`s national day, to extend to Your Excellency and through you to the people of Azerbaijan on behalf of the people of the State of Qatar and my own behalf our warm felicitations.
I take this opportunity to express to you my cordial greetings coupled with best wishes for Your Excellency`s personal well-being and further progress and prosperity of the brotherly people of Azerbaijan and more strength of the ties of friendship and cooperation between our two countries in the coming years.
