On the occasion of Republic Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on behalf of the State of Vietnam and in my own name, I would like to take the honor to present the most sincere congratulations and the best wishes to Your Excellency.
I am happy to see great achievements in developing the country’s economy and increasing the Azerbaijani people’s living standards under the leadership of the esteemed President, which strengthens Azerbaijan’s position on international scale.
The friendship of the two countries continues to be strengthened, which opens various cooperation opportunities for both sides. I firmly believe that with political will of leaders of the two countries traditional and cooperative relations between Azerbaijan and Vietnam will keep developing in all spheres, especially in economic, trade, investment, to deepen our relationship, contributing to each country’s prosperity, for peace, stability and cooperation in the region and worldwide.
