Dear Mr. President,
I have been deeply saddened by the news of heavy human loss and damage in the aftermath of an earthquake that struck the south-west of your country.
On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I extend my deep condolences to you, families and loved ones of those who died and the whole people of China, and wish those injured a speedy recovery. I also hope that that the consequences of the natural disaster will be eliminated as soon as possible.
