Mister President,
I take great pleasure to address you, on behalf of myself and the Romanian people, the most sincere congratulations and best wishes of prosperity on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The traditional relations of friendship between Romania and Azerbaijan, raised to the level of Strategic Partnership and continuously developed through the Action plan for implementing this Partnership, provides the premises for capitalizing the growth potential of the Romanian-Azerbaijani economic cooperation. In this context, I am confident that, together, we can determine substantial deepening of relations between our countries and I would like to renew the invitation to pay a visit to Romania.
