Dear Mr President,
I was deeply saddened by the news of a heavy loss of life and destructions as a result of an earthquake that hit your country.
On the occasion of the tragedy, on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my deep condolences to you, families and loved ones of those who died and the whole people of Pakistan, wish those injured soonest recovery and hope for soonest elimination of the consequences of the earthquake.
May Allah rest the souls of the dead in peace!
