I am deeply saddened by the news of heavy human loss and damages in the aftermath of a natural disaster in the north-east of your country.
On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deep condolences to you, families and loved ones of those who died and the people of Afghanistan, and wish the injured recovery.
May Allah rest the souls of those who died in peace!
