‘Interparliamentary cooperation plays an important role in developing Azerbaijani-Vietnamese relations’

“Interparliamentary cooperation plays an important role in developing Azerbaijani-Vietnamese relations,” said Deputy Speaker of Azerbaijan’s Parliament Valeh Alasgarov as he met Deputy Chairman of National Defence and Security Committee of Vietnam`s National Assembly Tran Dinh Nha.

The Deputy Speaker highlighted Azerbaijani-Vietnamese ties, as well as current cooperation of both countries, saying there was good potential for boosting the relations. He also said reciprocal visits played an important role in developing bilateral bonds.

Alasgarov touched upon Azerbaijan`s successes, its international projects, the country`s increasing image in the world, as well as the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Tran Dinh Nha said he had eye-witnessed big development processes in Baku. He expressed confidence that relations between the two countries would continue to strengthen.
