Japanese Osaka hosts first seminar on Azerbaijan

The Cross Border Club and WorldInvesters TV has co-organized the first seminar on Azerbaijan in Osaka, Japan.

Renowned economist, TV producer Kazuyasu Ishida informed the attendees on Azerbaijan`s geographical situation, history, economy and modern development, and stressed in the result of skillfully use of hydrocarbon incomes by the country`s leadership Azerbaijan was rapidly developing. He noted the World Bank and other international financial organizations hailed economic reforms and business environment in Azerbaijan.

He also touched upon the Khazar Islands and Baku White City projects, new terminal of the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Heydar Aliyev Center and Baku metro.

The expert noted Azerbaijan, which became a center for important international events, would host first European Games in next July.

Highlighting business opportunities in Azerbaijan, Mr. Ishida hailed the country`s achievements in this sphere.

He informed Japanese businessmen on business trip to Azerbaijan to be organized next April, and invited them to the country.
