Guba, October 23, AZERTAC
“What we saw in the Guba burial site of genocide was horrible. I would like to know what happened here in the beginning of last century,” head of the Indonesian National Commission on Human Rights Nur Kholis told journalists after visiting Guba burial site of genocide. “All realities about the genocide committed in Guba should be revealed.” He stressed the genocides should not be forgotten, adding “the reasons of bloody events should be studies and the world community must be informed about this. This is very important in terms of preventing a repetition of such bloody events and genocides in the future. All nations have to live in the atmosphere of tolerance, fraternal relations and peace,” Mr Kholis added.
