Political analyst: Georgia interested in peaceful resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict
Tbilisi, July 13, AZERTAC
“Georgia is interested in peaceful settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. We believe that the resolution of this conflict will pave the way for settlement of other conflicts as well,” Georgian military and political analyst Amiran Salukvadze said.
“The intensification of negotiations on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict against the background of normalization of Russian-Turkish relations is really interesting. Russia’s role in the negotiation process has especially increased. This is evidenced by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s recent visits to Armenia and Azerbaijan,” he added.
