Russian First Channel to air premiere of Azerbaijani filmmaker’s documentary about Muslim Magomayev

The Russian First Channel on October 25 will air the premiere of film "From the cradle to eternity", devoted to the memory of world-famous singer and composer Muslim Magomayev. The documentary was shot by Azerbaijani filmmaker Mehdi Mammadov.

Demonstration of the premiere is expected to be a landmark event to have more than 140 million viewers. The text of the film is based on the memoirs of Muslim Magomayev, one of which narrates about the friendship between Muslim Magomayev and the genius personality Heydar Aliyev.

The first premiere of film "From the cradle to eternity" has been held by the UNS Creative Stage in Baku on November 12, 2013.

The film was welcomed by connoisseurs of art and has gained a number of positive reviews.

The art director of UNS Creative Stage, Professor Nargiz Pashayeva has said: “We are used to hear the voice and performance of Muslim Magomayev. And in this movie, we also hear the voice of his soul”.
