Moscow, December 13, AZERTAC
Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutski said that the OSCE Minsk Group, which mediates the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, works too slowly. "The OSCE Minsk Group will continue to work slowly as it has done before,” he told AZERTAC. “Therefore, the first steps to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be made through support of Russia in the near future." In his opinion, any leak of information on the negotiations to solve the conflict can harm the process. "We will continue to work and I hope that we will not pass this problem to our grandchildren,” Slutski said.
