The Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on decorating M.A.Aliyeva with the Heydar Aliyev Order
Governed by Clause 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
To decorate Mehriban Arif Aliyeva with the Heydar Aliyev Order for her fruitful activities towards the development of culture, education, healthcare and sports in the Republic of Azerbaijan, promotion of the heritage of Azerbaijani people at the international level and for special services in the organization of the first European Games.
