Three civilians killed in US drone strike in Afghanistan

Three civilians were killed in a US drone attack intended to strike Daesh extremists in Afghanistan's eastern province of Nangarhar on Wednesday, local media reported, citing the province authorities' statement, according to Sputnik News.
According to the Pajhwok news agency, 18 Daesh militants including their commander Hamza were also killed in the strike.
The media reported that US military has aknoledged the allegations on civilian deaths. US military spokesman Brig. Gen. Charles Cleveland reportedly said that Pentagon started reviewing all materials related to the strike.
According to earlier media reports, at least 13 civilians have been killed and 14 others wounded, when a US drone struck a residential building.
