Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev pays special attention to the education of youth
Geneva, December 14 (AZERTAC). Minister of Education, Misir Mardanov and Azerbaijani ambassador to the Swiss Confederation Akram Zeynalli have met with Azerbaijani students studying in Switzerland, and the young compatriots living in this country.
Attending the meeting, Misir Mardanov underlined such events are very important for building close relationship with Azerbaijani youth studying and living abroad and in terms of coordination of their activities.
The Minister noted that the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev paid special attention to the education of youth.
Mr. Misir Mardanov also gave detailed information about the works done for education of Azerbaijani youth abroad.
Azerbaijani Ambassador to Switzerland Akram Zeynalli spoke about the Embassy`s support to Azerbaijani students and young people living here.
He noted that Azerbaijani Embassy to Switzerland gives support to the projects and builds close relations with them. He also informed about future projects.
Vice president of the company SOCAR Trading SA Zaur Gahramanov spoke of the support for the implementation of youth`s projects.
He briefed on the activity of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan abroad.
Javid Sadikhov who spoke on behalf of Azerbaijani students, studying and living in Switzerland thanked Minister of Education Misir Mardanov and Azerbaijani ambassador to the Swiss Confederation Akram Zeynalli.
He stressed this event is a good example of Ilham Aliyev's attention and care to young Azerbaijanis abroad.
Speaking of opportunities of Azerbaijani state for young people Javid Sadikhov said that Azerbaijani youth and students living abroad will do their best to inform people about Azerbaijani realities and the Azerbaijan-Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
