Bulgarian Premier visits Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Culture and Tourism
Baku, December 18 (AZERTAC). A delegation led by Bulgarian Prime Minister Plamen Oresharski has visited Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism to explore ways of developing cooperation in cultural and tourism field.
Azerbaijani Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfas Garayev briefed the delegation on the cultural achievements and tourism potential of the country.
They exchanged views on prospects for the Azerbaijan-Bulgaria cooperation in tourism sphere. The Azerbaijani minister invited the Bulgarian delegation to participate in a meeting of the United Nations World Tourism Organization to be held in April 2014 in Baku.
Garayev also said Days of Azerbaijani culture will be held in Bulgaria next year.
The minister also introduced new chief of the Azerbaijan-Bulgaria inter-parliamentary friendship group Rauf Aliyev to the delegation.
Bulgarian ambassador to Azerbaijan Maya Khristova was also present at the meeting.
