On approval of Regulations on combat against corruption under the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Republic and number of the general staff of the Public Prosecutor Office

With a view of maintenance of activity of the Department on combat against corruption at the General Public Prosecutor of the Azerbaijan Republic, I, hereby decree:

1. To approve Regulations of the department on combat against corruption at the General Public Prosecutor of the Azerbaijan Republic and the number of staff of workers of the Office of Public Prosecutor (enclosed).

2. To charge the Cabinet of the Azerbaijan Republic within a month:

2.1. to prepare and submit to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the offers on bringing of the standard-legal acts to conformity with the present Decree;

2.2. to solve the questions connected to granting of the corresponding building and material support to organize activity of the Department on combat against corruption at the General Public Prosecutor of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.3. To solve other questions stemming from the present Decree.

3. The Decree inures from the date of signing.
