With a view of maintenance of application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On amendment and supplement in some legislative acts of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On motor roads”, in connection with the introduction of the said Law into force, I, hereby decree:

1. The second paragraph of the Decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic “On ensuring of execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On amendments and supplements in some legislative acts of the Azerbaijan Republic “On advertising” number 595 from November, 3, 2001 (the Acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, #11, Article 703) to give in the following wording:

“To establish, that powers of "relevant executive powers”, stipulated by the Article 15-3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On advertising”, within the limits of its powers carry out the Ministry of transport of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic, power of the "relevant executive power”, stipulated in the second paragraph, point 4 - the Ministry of Transport of the Azerbaijan Republic on publicity boards, information signs and the indexes placed on roads of the Republic and local and strips attached to these roads (information signs and the indexes which have been not connected to safety of traffic), local enforcement bodies on the street advertising placed on the lands, buildings and other objects which are in the state property (except the executive power bodies of city districts) .

2. The present Decree inures from the date of publication.
