With a view of maintenance of activity of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic, I, hereby, resolve:

1. To ratify Regulations about the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic it (enclosed).

2. To charge the Cabinet of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1.within a month:

2.1.1. to prepare and submit to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the suggestions on system of structure of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1.2. to prepare and submit to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the suggestions on bringing the legal normative acts in conformity with the present Decree;

2.2. with a view of maintenance of development of communication and information technologies in the Azerbaijan Republic according to modern requirements in bi-monthly term to prepare and submit to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the project of the State Program.

2.3. to solve other questions arising from this Decree.

3. To charge the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic with coordination of work on “The National strategy on information and communication technologies in the name of development of the Azerbaijan Republic (2003-2012)”, approved by the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic #1146 dated February 17, 2003.

4. The present Decree inures from the date of publication.
