EXECUTIVE ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
According to the Article 9 of the Stockholm Convention “On steady organic pollutants” which the Azerbaijan Republic has joined according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic #554-II Q dated December 9, 2003, I, hereby resolve:
1. With a view of data exchange according to the Article 9 of the Stockholm Convention “On steady organic pollutants” to appoint on the part of the Azerbaijan Republic the National Coordination Center of the ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Azerbaijan Republic.
2. To charge the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic to direct to Secretary of the Stockholm Convention “On steady organic pollutants” the corresponding notice on assignment on the said Convention on the part of the Azerbaijan Republic of the National Coordination Center of the ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Azerbaijan Republic.
