EXECUTIVE ORDEROF PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
ON INCREASE IN STATE’S CARE OF MILITARY MEN WHO DURING ACTIVE SERVICE WERE INVOLVED IN ELIMINATION OF CHERNOBYL ACCIDENT CONSEQUENCES AND BECAME DISABLE AS A RESULT
With the aim to reinforce social protection of the military men, who during active service were involved in elimination of Chernobyl accident consequences and became disable as a result I hereby decree:
1. The monthly allowance paid to the military men who during active service were involved in elimination of Chernobyl accident consequences and became disable as a result, shall be quadrupled equaling 80000 manats.
2. The Cabinet of Minister of the Azerbaijan Republic shall resolve the questions arising from the present Decree.
3. The present Executive Order comes into effect on the 1st of July 2004.
