It is my great pleasure to extend my warmest congratulations on behalf of the secretariat of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) on Your Excellency's recent appointment as the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
ESCAP has a long-standing collaboration with the Government of Azerbaijan in the areas of sustainable development and the regional cooperation. I would like to use this opportunity to convey my sincere appreciation for the excellent organization of the United Nations Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia Summit in Baku on 24 November 2023 and the warm hospitality extended to us.
