Allow me to congratulate you on your re-election to the position of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
I believe that under your leadership, Azerbaijan will advance towards further development, deepen social and economic stability, and will achieve new achievements aimed at the prosperity of the Azerbaijani people.
I am convinced that the traditionally friendly relations between our countries will further deepen and develop in new areas of bilateral cooperation.
