Mortgage loans to be available at Khazar İslands
Baku, November 2 (AZERTAC). Construction of Khazar Islands city is currently being carried out at the expense of Avesta concern’s funds. Avesta will start earning incomes after the sale of apartments and other objects begins.
A number of buildings will be put into service next year, President of Avesta Ibrahim Nehramli told AZERTAC. The population will be able to buy apartments with a 6% mortgage rate for 5-20 term. A total of 1million people will be living there. The company is planning to build lots of parking lots.
The firm will provide 200 thousand people with houses for rent.
