Photo exhibition marking Albania`s Independence Day opens in Baku
Baku, November 16 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s capital has hosted a photo exhibition marking the Day of Independence of Albania.
Called “Land of Eagles”, the exhibition is co-organized by the Embassy of Albania, Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Art Council Azerbaijan.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Nazim Samadov stressed the importance of the exhibition.
Albanian Ambassador Genci Mucaj said exhibition would contribute to strengthening and developing cultural relations between the two countries.
The exhibition showcases Albania`s culture, customs, ancient historical monuments, as well as current life in Albania.
