UNESCO Chair for Religious Pluralism and Peace: Baku Forum contributes to strengthening international cooperation
Baku, May 5, AZERTAC
The Baku-hosted World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue creates great opportunities for strengthening international cooperation, Alberto Melloni, UNESCO Chair for Religious Pluralism and Peace, has told AZERTAC. “Today, our world is challenged by numerous problems and crises. In such times, intercultural and interreligious dialogue, mutual understanding is necessary. From this point of view the World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue is highly important.”
Melloni also said that Azerbaijan plays the role of a bridge between Europe and Asia.
